Elxis has a strong mechanism controlling users and their rights. Users are organized in groups. By assigning a user to a group, you are giving him/her all the rights that user has. Elxis comes with a number of predefined user groups providing a functionality that most of the times cover most of your needs. But if you want a more flexible structure or create new user groups and assign rights to them, you can do that using the Access Manager. You can also control the visibility of content by selecting the user group that can have access to a Content Item, Section, Category, Module, Component, Mambot.
